Part Time Administrator

Part Time Administrator (Hybrid working)
£15 – 20 per hour
10-15 hours per week (Flexibility when these hours are worked)
Some travel to Atherstone will be required

Then this is the role for you! We are currently working with a charitable organisation who is looking to bring in a Administrator to support one of the Senior Leadership team. This role is mainly remote but will require travel to their site in Atherstone on occasion in a rural location so you must drive for this role.

So what would you be doing?
– Attending meetings both virtually and in person
– Note & minute taking
– Creating agendas & supporting paperwork for meetings
– Proof reading documents
– General day to day administrative tasks

And what experience do you need?
– At least 1 year in an administrative position
– Experience with minute taking
– Driving licence & own vehicle
– IT literate

But what do you get?
– Mainly remote working (THIS ROLE REQUIRES MEETING IN PERSON, YOU MUST BE NO MORE THAN 45 MINUTES DRIVE FROM ATHERSTONE)
– 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Pro Rata)
– Death in Service
– Company Pension
