Part time Accounts Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently exclusively working with a growing, business looking to bring in a Part time Finance Assistant to join their team of two.

This position is for 24 hours per week and can be split across 3 to 5 days and flexible on the working hours.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting across accounts, working closely with suppliers and customers, getting involved in inventory and costing, and helping keep everything running behind the scenes.

A big part of the role will involve:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable end to end


• Processing invoices, reconciling accounts and supporting payment runs


• Supporting customer onboarding, invoicing and chasing outstanding payments


• Assisting with month-end, including journals and reconciliations


• Supporting inventory processes, including stock monitoring and reconciliation


• Supporting wider admin and operational activity as needed

They’re looking for someone organised, proactive and comfortable juggling a few things at once. You don’t need to be fully qualified — but you should have some experience in admin or finance support, be confident using Excel and happy getting stuck in.
