NJR now have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paraplanner to join a highly successful and reputable Independent Wealth Management firm based in Leeds City Centre

The role requires an individual who has the ability to work within a fast paced environment, adapt to industry changes and someone who can adjust to various different deadlines.

Working collaboratively with the financial adviser and as part of a busy and friendly team the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and understanding existing scheme information from providers.


• Using research tools/systems to complete detailed analysis, including Select a Pension, FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner, Cash Calc, Assureweb, Provider Platforms.


• Contacting clients and providers as required


• Completing accurate, detailed and thorough Suitability Reports, using templates to support and adding free text as needed


• Ensure compliance with office policies and industry regulations.


• Any other general administrative/research duties as required

What do we need from you?

• Previous experience as a paraplanner


• Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum, although chartered is preferable


• Strong knowledge across financial products including trusts and IHT Planning


• You will have excellent understanding of Microsoft systems Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as having solid communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
