We’re working with a highly respected and growing financial planning firm in Leicester that is looking to appoint a Senior Paraplanner to join their collaborative and ambitious team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven paraplanner who wants more than just report writing, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers, contributing to client strategy, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the future of the paraplanning function.

The Role You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers to deliver high-quality technical support across a broad range of financial planning areas including:

• Pensions and retirement planning


• Investments and portfolio analysis


• Protection planning


• Tax planning


• Estate and inheritance planning

Responsibilities will include:

• Writing detailed suitability reports


• Conducting technical research


• Preparing recommendations and cashflow analysis


• Supporting advisers with complex cases


• Liaising with providers and clients where required


• Mentoring junior paraplanners where appropriate

About You To be considered, you’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Paraplanner within financial services


• Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments


• Excellent report writing skills


• Level 4 Diploma qualified
