Paralegal Residential Property
A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its London Property team. This Residential Property Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support experienced Partners and fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on exposure across the full conveyancing process, developing technical knowledge and client management skills within a supportive team environment.

The Role As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support the Property team with the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing matters.
The role will include:
- Supporting fee earners across a broad range of residential property transactions
- Managing your own caseload under supervision from file opening through to completion
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence and client communications
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Monitoring key dates and transaction deadlines
- Assisting with exchange, completion and post completion matters
- Supporting redemptions and transfer of funds
- Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently while delivering strong client service
The Residential Property Paralegal must have:
- Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential
- Law degree, LPC, CILEX/MILEX or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
- Understanding of residential conveyancing or property law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive approach with willingness to learn
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
