My client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented residential property paralegal to join their busy team at our central London office. Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions


• Preparing and reviewing legal documents


• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties


• Assisting in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion


• Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met

• Minimum of 1 year experience in residential property / conveyancing as a Paralegal or similar


• Good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process


• Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms


• Good understanding of AML requirements and compliance procedures


• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Exposure to acting for companies would be advantageous

• Professional, proactive, and highly organised approach to work


• Strong work ethic with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion


• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy and fast-paced environment


• Calm and composed under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
