Conveyancing Paralegal - Swansea

My client, a highly reputable, multi service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property department in Swansea.

The Role:

• Assist fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion


• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction process


• Prepare contract packs, legal documents and correspondence


• Obtain searches, review documentation and assist with enquiries


• Support with exchanges, completions and post completion matters


• Provide regular updates to clients and respond to queries in a timely manner


• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure files are progressed efficiently


• Assist with Land Registry applications and other conveyancing administration as required

• Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a Conveyancing role


• Have experience dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone


• Experience in dealing with Sale and Purchase transactions


• Have excellent attention to detail


• Have the ability to build strong client relationships


• Possess excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly competitive salary
