Paralegal
We are a enthusiastic law firm who offer advice on wide ranging areas of law. We specialise in Immigration, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Law.
We are looking to seek the ideal candidate who has a full grasp of civil litigation experience from inception to conclusion, including investigations, reviewing medical reports and records, drafting Letters of Claim, settlement negotiations, drafting pleadings and litigation as appropriate. The role will require experience in credit hire as most cases will be credit hire with no personal injury.
Experience of dealing with the Claimant side of personal injury law and credit hire crucial.
Experienced Paralegal who has dealt with litigated and issued claims.
Full time/part time candidates considered.
Hours of work are Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm.
Generous holidays allowance plus bank Holidays.
Salary up to £29k which is based on experience.
