About the team
Our Legal Expenses Insurance team is a busy, growing, and collaborative team handling a wide range of insurance\-funded disputes and advisory work. The team supports insurers, policyholders, and commercial clients across varied areas including property disputes, contractual issues, and employment matters.
You’ll be joining a supportive environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged, and you’ll gain exposure to diverse, high\-quality work while developing your litigation expertise alongside experienced colleagues.
What you’ll be doing
Assisting with a wide range of insurance\-funded disputes and advisory work
Supporting on landlord \& tenant disputes, contractual disputes, consumer issues, property matters, construction claims (including arbitration and adjudication), and employment disputes
Carrying out policy coverage assessments and drafting legal advice
Supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters
Building and maintaining strong client relationships with insurers, brokers, and policyholders
Providing clear, practical, and commercially sound legal advice under supervision
Managing client communications and ensuring timely updates
Handling initial requests for legal advice and supporting case assessments
Delivering excellent client service and contributing to the team’s reputation
What do I need?
