Paralegal

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal / Fee Earner to join our expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and capable individual with proven experience handling personal injury claims. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own caseload and work independently whilst delivering excellent client care and achieving key performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of claimant personal injury matters from inception through to settlement.


• Progressing Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims.


• Communicating with clients and providing regular updates throughout the life of the claim.


• Reviewing liability, medical and quantum evidence.


• Preparing and submitting documentation through the OIC \& MOJ Portal and other relevant online systems.


• Liaising with Defendants, Insurers, Solicitors, Medical agencies and other third parties.


• Drafting correspondence and legal documents as required.


• Maintaining accurate records using our case management system.


• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 years' experience working within a personal injury department.


• Experience managing your own personal injury caseload.


• Strong working knowledge of the OIC \& MOJ Portal and pre\-action protocols.


• Excellent communication and client care skills.


• Strong organisational and time management abilities.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• A proactive and professional approach to case handling.
