JOB TITLE: Paint Track Operative

REPORTING TO: Production Manager

DEPARTMENT: Operations / Assembly

JOB PURPOSE:

*To load and unload components on a continual track moving through a powder coating booth*

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• *Prepare products to be powder painted*


• *Hanging products correctly and safely on a moving track to ensure they can be painted evenly.*


• *Removal of items from a moving track ensuring no damage to products.*


• *Carry out quality checks control of painted items.*

• *Read and understand risk assessments and COSHH data sheets.*


• *Work to tight production schedules.*


• *Provide support to other disciplines if and when required.*


• *Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.*


• Any other *tasks that you or your Manager deem to be necessary to carry out the* role *in line with business requirements.*


• *To maintain a tidy and controlled work area.*

• *Flexibility to work in other areas of the factory if required.*


• *Able to work shifts if required.*


• *Manual Handling awareness.*


• *Stamina and endurance.*

Pay: £27,098\.00\-£29,528\.20 per year
