What You’ll Do

As Sr. Paid Social Specialist, you’ll take ownership of paid social campaigns for Troostwijk Auctions across multiple European markets, based in Amsterdam. You’ll work closely with our marketing teams and report to the Lead Performance Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the paid social strategy and roadmap across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn, with a focus on attracting bidders and sellers to our auction platforms.


• Plan, manage, and continuously optimise campaigns with a sharp eye on KPIs: ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.


• Drive a structured creative testing programme \- formats, visuals, messaging \- and translate insights into performance improvements.


• Brief and collaborate with content and design teams on creative assets; review, iterate, and push quality.


• Ensure full\-funnel alignment by working closely with performance marketing, CRM, and local commercial teams.


• Share knowledge and best practices across the six other brands within the TBAuctions group.


• Champion a test\-and\-learn culture: experiment boldly, reflect honestly, and improve continuously.

• 4\+ years of hands\-on paid social experience, with a strong preference for agency background or B2B performance environments.


• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; familiarity with analytics and attribution tools.


• A performance\-driven mindset: you use data to guide decisions, not just to report results.


• Genuine passion for creative testing \- you understand how different assets drive (or kill) performance.


• Experience with Channable or comparable feed management tooling is a plus.


• Understanding of how organic and paid social work together to build brand presence and drive pipeline.


• Strong communicator; proactive team player who can align stakeholders across markets and functions.


• Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially Dutch or German) are a plus.
