Starting Position: Paid Social Media Executive
Location: Hybrid Working. Must be able to travel to Leeds regularly for meetings.
Hours: Full\-Time, 36 hours per week. Part\-Time considered.
Typical Hours: Core hours of 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £24,500 to £28,000 depending on experience
Holiday Allowance: 20 days \+ Bank Holidays \+ 2 Additional Northern Ireland Bank Holidays

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Executive who loves creating, managing and improving performance\-led social advertising campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hands\-on experience across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, with additional experience or working knowledge of Google Ads.
Our clients are mainly SMEs, which means budgets are often carefully managed. We need someone who understands how to make campaigns work harder, test creative properly and make every pound count.
You will be working closely with our brand, design, content, account management and paid media team to plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across a range of industries.
We also love passion projects. Whether it is something you have done for a client, a side project, your own ecommerce test, a lead generation campaign, or something you created just because you wanted to learn, we would love to see it.
Roles and Responsibilities
We are a small team, so we are looking for someone who is happy to chip in where needed. However, your core focus will be supporting and managing paid social media campaigns for our clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the setup, monitoring and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Support Google Ads activity where required, including campaign checks, reporting and optimisation support
- Act as the day\-to\-day contact for a small number of paid media clients
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
- Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results
- Work with the design and brand team to brief, proof and test creative assets
- Support the development of ad copy, headlines and campaign messaging
- Liaise with the account management team to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals
- Maintain internal campaign documentation, asset folders and performance logs
- Coordinate timelines and deadlines for advertising activity
- Contribute to internal strategy discussions using insight from campaign performance data
- Support the implementation and checking of conversion tracking across paid media campaigns
- Help test new creative formats, audiences, hooks and campaign ideas
- Reviewing paid social campaigns and making optimisation recommendations
- Setting up and managing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Supporting Google Ads campaigns where required
- Monitoring budgets, performance and delivery
- Writing reports on paid advertising performance
- Working with the brand team to proof artwork and copy
- Contributing ideas for new advertising campaigns
- Testing audiences, creative, messaging and landing pages
- Reviewing results and helping turn campaign data into useful next steps
- Supporting client calls and internal campaign updates where required
- At least two years’ experience in a paid media, paid social or digital marketing role
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Experience managing or supporting LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads, ideally including Search campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once
- Confidence reviewing data and making performance\-led recommendations
- Experience producing client\-facing reports
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, creative testing and conversion tracking
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint and Google Slides
- A working understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager or conversion tracking would be beneficial
- Google Ads qualifications or Meta Blueprint certifications would be beneficial, but are not essential
- A sound understanding of the wider digital marketing mix
- A customer\-first approach to campaign planning and delivery
- Strong communication skills with both clients and internal teams
- A self\-starter who can work independently, while also contributing well within a team
- Able to present ideas clearly, calmly and persuasively
- Open to learning, testing and improving
- Experience with TikTok Ads
- Experience with Bing Ads
- Experience working with small business budgets
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Experience briefing designers or working with creative teams
- Experience with landing page recommendations and conversion rate improvements
- Experience using Looker Studio, SEMrush, HubSpot or similar marketing tools
