Role (11446\)
- As part of the Biddable Activation Hub Team, you will develop innovative social campaigns for our clients across EMEA — Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- In this role, you will be responsible for the end\-to\-end and independent conception, implementation, management, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, with a strong focus on performance criteria.
- Your responsibilities will include the strategic and operational support of our clients, as well as the management of attractive media budgets.
- By interpreting performance data, you will independently develop optimisation recommendations.
- You will also create and present client\-specific reports, analyses, and meeting materials.
- In addition, you will be responsible for quality assurance and actively contribute to shaping processes within your department.

- You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in paid social, primarily across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- You are confident using common social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- You enjoy analytical thinking in order to make well\-founded decisions and optimise your clients' campaigns.
- You are a true organisational talent, enjoy working in a structured and independent way, and present yourself confidently and professionally when interacting with our local PHD markets and clients.
- You are team\-oriented, work conscientiously, and enjoy working with numbers.
- Due to our international focus, business\-fluent English is required. Any additional foreign language from the EMEA region is a plus.
