Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Production \& Automation: Design, build, and manage dynamic ad templates and creative assets within Smartly.io, ensuring scalable and on\-brand ad production across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and other paid social platforms.
- Dynamic Ad Personalisation: Leverage Smartly.io's creative automation capabilities to produce personalised, data\-driven ad variations at scale \- tailoring messaging, visuals, and formats to specific audiences and markets.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts and ad formats that drive performance and align with EF's brand identity.
- Template Management: Build, maintain, and continuously improve a library of reusable ad templates within Smartly.io, adapting them for different languages, markets, and campaign objectives.
- Testing \& Iteration: Design and execute structured creative A/B and multivariate tests across ad formats, visuals, copy variations, and audience segments to identify top\-performing creative combinations.
- Creative Performance Analysis: Monitor creative\-level performance data, identifying trends and insights to inform design decisions and optimise future ad production.
- Cross\-Team Collaboration: Work closely with paid social campaign managers, creative, and analytics teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign goals and launch accurately and on schedule.
- Reporting: Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reviews with creative\-level insights, learnings, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Brand \& Policy Compliance: Ensure all creative assets comply with platform specifications, data privacy regulations, and EF brand guidelines across all markets.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in paid social creative production or performance design, with hands\-on expertise in Smartly.io or a comparable creative automation platform.
- Smartly.io Proficiency: Deep working knowledge of Smartly.io's creative tools, including dynamic templates, feed\-based personalisation, and automated creative workflows.
- Design Skills: Strong visual design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma, with a keen eye for creating compelling, platform\-native ad creatives.
- Performance Mindset: Ability to balance creative quality with performance objectives — understanding how design choices impact CTR, engagement, and conversion, and using data to drive creative decisions.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with ad specifications and creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
- Cross\-functional Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts and performance insights clearly to both creative and marketing stakeholders.
