The Role
As a Paid Social and Programmatic Executive, you will take ownership of campaign delivery across display, video, and social platforms, ensuring campaigns are optimised to deliver high-quality traffic and meet performance objectives.
- Manage end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns, with exposure to paid social activity
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to improve results
- Optimise campaigns against key performance indicators and budgets
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure high-quality, effective campaign assets
- Use audience insights and performance data to inform targeting and creative strategy
- Work alongside senior stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Contribute to regular reporting and performance updates for internal stakeholders
- Strong commercial experience in programmatic marketing, with exposure to paid social channels
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into action
- Experience managing digital campaigns across display, video, and social platforms
- Confident using data and tools to track, measure, and optimise performance
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders
