We're hiring a Paid Social & Programmatic Executive to support the delivery, optimisation, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Social and Programmatic channels for a major consumer brand.

The Role You'll be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns across Paid Social, Display, Video, and Programmatic channels, helping drive high-quality traffic and performance to a leading consumer website.

You'll work closely with brand, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are well-executed, insight-led, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities • Build, manage, and optimise Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns

• Monitor daily performance and deliver clear reporting and insights


• Recommend improvements to improve campaign performance and efficiency


• Work with internal and external teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery


• Support performance tracking against KPI and budget targets


• Present campaign performance when required

What We're Looking For • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing / performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with Paid Social campaigns


• Understanding of Programmatic Display and Video


• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills


• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to Have • Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing brands

• Degree educated


• Exposure to broader digital marketing channels
