Salary: £40,00 \- £46,000 (depending on experience)

As a skilled Paid Media Manager you will lead our online advertising campaigns and drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and the conversion of high\-quality leads. In this role, you will be a pivotal player in creating and executing strategies that align with our company's marketing objectives and effectively target our desired audience. Leveraging your expertise in paid ads and social media marketing and analytics, you will continuously monitor and optimise national and local campaigns to achieve outstanding results. Working with our network of over 80 franchise businesses, you will be a confident and clear communicator with the ability to instil confidence and reassurance around marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimise multi\-channel PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging paid media channels

  • Drive high\-quality lead generation in line with monthly targets, with a strong focus on conversion performance

  • Manage and optimise PPC budgets, bids, and account structures to maximise ROI, CPA, and ROAS

  • Conduct in\-depth keyword and audience research to inform targeting strategies and campaign performance

  • Write compelling, results\-driven ad copy aligned with business objectives and audience intent

  • Improve ad performance through effective use of ad extensions, quality score optimisation, and landing page alignment

  • Continuously test and refine campaigns through A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages

  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the Head of Digital and wider internal teams

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work closely with the in\-house national marketing team to share best practice and support wider digital strategy, including organic activity

  • Manage PPC accounts for lead\-generation\-focused businesses with proven results

  • Support the wider franchise network through occasional UK travel, delivering coaching, workshops, and attending conferences and stakeholder meetings (fully expensed)
Essential skills and experience:
  • Proven campaign experience with demonstrable ROI on Google Ads

  • At least 3 years managing PPC accounts preferably within agency for local and national campaigns

  • Ability to report back to Senior Leaders on performance

  • Experience using Google products including Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Looker Studio

  • Outstanding communicator with the ability to explain technical terms in simple language

  • Being able to set clear expectations and positively challenge when required to achieve desired outcomes

  • Experience of managing individuals in a target driven environment
Highly Desirable:
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking to measure the success of campaigns accurately

  • Experience managing and working with agencies
