The Role
We are looking for a talented Paid Ads Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive leads, brand awareness, and conversions for all areas of the group. Working closely with our marketing and operational teams, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our digital advertising efforts to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimise campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data\-driven decisions to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
- Manage budgets, track spend, and provide transparent reporting on results.
- Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and changes in algorithms to keep campaigns cutting\-edge.
- Test new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to innovate and improve performance.
You’re a results\-driven digital advertising specialist with a proven track record in managing paid campaigns. Analytical and creative, you’re not afraid to take ownership of your work and thrive in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Skills and Experience
- 2\+ years of experience in paid advertising management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to create and manage reports, track KPIs, and present data clearly.
- Creative approach to problem\-solving and campaign creation.
- Experience in the property or financial services industry is a plus but not essential.

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
