As a Paid Media Manager – Marketplaces (Amazon), you'll:
- Develop and execute marketplace\-specific paid search strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads).
- Conduct in\-depth keyword research and utilise advanced bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketplace and Content teams to optimise product listings for greater ad relevance.
- Monitor and refine budgets, ad copy, and targeting to meet ACOS/TACOS targets and revenue goals.
- Analyse performance data and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor junior colleagues and share insights across the Paid Media team.
- Minimum 3 years' hands\-on experience with paid search, including 2 years focused on marketplaces.
- Proven proficiency with tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, and Pacvue.
- Strong analytical skills, including budgeting and reporting on metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively share insights and strategies.
- Demonstrable leadership or mentoring experience within a team setting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a fast\-paced, evolving environment.
- Results\-driven, with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
