The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our paid media function.This is a lead role responsible for strategy, media planning, and hands\-on campaign management across multiple client accounts. You’ll be accountable for performance, ensuring campaigns are aligned to business objectives and driving measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy \& Planning
- Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets
- Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages
- Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency
- Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social
- Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue
- Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns
- Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights
- Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic
- Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time
- Minimum 2\+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong hands\-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement
- Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions
- Ability to take ownership of performance across multiple accounts
- Experience managing campaigns on YouTube Ads
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and tracking implementations
- Familiarity with GA4 and reporting tools
- Understanding of landing page performance and conversion rate optimisation
- Experience working in a small agency or fast\-paced environment
- Someone who takes full ownership of paid media performance

- Comfortable challenging ideas and suggesting better approaches
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve results
