We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Paid Media Manager to join our Group Acquisition Team and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement across multiple international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a paid media specialist who thrives on combining strategic thinking with hands\-on campaign management. You'll take ownership of paid search activity across a portfolio of markets while exploring opportunities across emerging channels including paid social, programmatic advertising, and AI\-driven marketing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, execute, optimise and report on paid media campaigns across multiple markets.


• Own paid search strategy and performance for your markets, driving sustainable customer acquisition and commercial growth.


• Collaborate with local marketing teams to align channel strategies with market growth objectives.


• Analyse campaign and business performance, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.


• Lead campaign measurement, tracking and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have visibility of performance and opportunities.


• Drive continuous optimisation through audience targeting, bidding strategies, budget management and testing.


• Design and evaluate testing programmes, including incrementality testing, in partnership with data teams.


• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and platform partners.


• Leverage automation, AI tools and scalable processes to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.


• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities within the paid media landscape.

• Proven experience as a Paid Media Manager, PPC Manager or similar role in\-house or agency\-side.


• Deep expertise in Google Ads and strong SEM/PPC knowledge.


• Experience managing large, complex accounts and delivering against commercial growth targets.


• Strong analytical skills and confidence using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Excel.


• Experience utilising automation, scripts, AI tools or AI agents to improve campaign performance and efficiency.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong project management and organisational abilities.


• A commercial mindset with a collaborative approach and attention to detail.

• Experience with Meta Ads or other paid media channels beyond search.


• Experience in multi\-location or location\-based businesses.


• Background in veterinary, healthcare, pet care or other service\-led sectors.


• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or Power BI.


• Additional language skills including French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish.


• Experience with Microsoft 365\.


• Knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, Python or other data analysis tools.
