Paid Media Manager \- Eurocamp
Role Purpose
The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the performance of all paid media marketing channels, to drive significant business growth for Eurocamp. This will ladder up to the overarching performance marketing strategy to achieve specific business objectives. You will be responsible for managing a Senior Paid Search Executive to deliver consistent growth in Paid Search, plus management our online brand awareness campaigns and supporting the Senior Paid Media Manager in a range of ad\-hoc activities.
You will work within a team that is at the forefront of performance marketing and will be involved in a number of exciting projects to drive the business forwards. Travel will be required to our offices in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive the improved performance of our PPC accounts using Search Ads 360\. You will lead a team to plan and create a variety of PPC campaigns and must proactively ensure all accounts are optimised in line with our objectives. You will be responsible for the delivery of our overall paid search strategy and ensuring key stakeholders are regularly updated on results.
· Own our online brand awareness activity, including video, display and paid social campaigns. This will include campaign creation, ongoing optimisation and reporting.
· Monitor the paid media spend for each market to ensure we remain in\-line with set budgets and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
· Contribute to the paid media development plan and ensure key projects are on track.
· Work collaboratively with our Commercial teams, using trading data to inform priorities, and feed insights to them to inform our pricing strategies.
· Work closely with our source market teams, improving our digital marketing knowledge and execution, aiming to exceed industry performance benchmarks.
Skills, knowledge, attitude and experience:
· Extensive experience in managing medium to large Search Ads 360 accounts – preferably holding Google Ads Certification.
· Strong knowledge of GA4\.
· Genuine passion for the Search Industry and where it’s heading.
· Results driven.
· Highly analytical with ability to spot opportunities and act on them.
· Strong communicator with excellent presentation, written and verbal skills
· Must work well alongside the Senior Paid Media Manager on collaborative tasks but also confident enough to work autonomously.
· Must be highly organised, with the ability to work well under pressure/fast turnarounds.
· Innovative with the desire to contribute ideas to help shape strategy.
· Understanding of website performance metrics and tracking.
· Knowledge of the wider Search landscape, with understanding of how PPC affects SEO.
· Familiar with budget pacing on a monthly basis.
· Understanding of first touch, last touch and DDA attribution.
· Ability to work with a variety of digital professionals in order to implement and optimise campaigns.
