Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive with strong hands\-on experience across Paid Social and Paid Search to manage and optimise multi\-channel performance campaigns. You will take ownership of paid social and paid search campaigns across a portfolio of clients or

brands, driving efficient growth through Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

This role requires someone comfortable managing campaigns end\-to\-end: planning, building, optimising, reporting, and testing, while delivering measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Social (≈70%)

  • Plan, build and manage performance\-driven campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

  • Structure campaigns based on funnel stage (prospecting, consideration, retargeting)

  • Optimise campaigns against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversion rate

  • Develop and execute creative testing frameworks

  • Manage audience strategies including:

  • Prospecting

  • Lookalike audiences

  • Retargeting pools

  • Interest\-based targeting

  • Monitor campaign performance and implement daily/weekly optimisations

  • Analyse creative performance and recommend new creative directions
Paid Search (≈30%)
  • Plan and manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns

  • Build and optimise campaigns across core formats:

  • Search

  • Performance Max

  • Shopping

  • Display

  • Demand Gen

  • Conduct keyword research and develop keyword expansion strategies

  • Manage bidding strategies including automated and manual bidding

  • Write and test ad copy variations

  • Monitor search term reports and optimise keyword lists

  • Improve Quality Scores through ad relevance and landing page alignment

  • Support feed optimisation for Shopping campaigns
Communication \& Collaboration
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into clear insights and recommended actions for both internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Contribute to channel strategy, media planning, and budget allocation across paid social and paid search.

  • Commercially driven, with a genuine interest in ROI, ROAS, CPA, and business impact

  • Collaborate with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to ensure landing page experience and tracking are aligned with campaign goals.

  • Stay ahead of platform updates, beta features, and industry trends, proactively sharing learnings with the wider team
Nice to haves:
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and pixel implementation

  • Proficient in GA4: event tracking, conversion tracking, audience building, and attribution modelling.

  • Comfortable with data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).

  • Experience with feed management tools such as DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, or Channable.

  • Looker studio build experience

  • Data warehousing experience
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year
