Role Overview
Vendo Digital is looking for a motivated and analytical Paid Media Executive to join our growing digital team. As the company continues to expand at pace, we’re seeking a passionate, hard\-working marketeer with a strong interest in performance marketing across paid channels.Our business is built on supporting small to medium\-sized businesses across a wide range of industries, meaning no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise small to medium\-sized paid media budgets across platforms including Google Ads and Paid Social
- Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search, display, shopping, and social campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and manage client KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to uncover new opportunities
- Regularly test and optimise ad copy, creatives, targeting, and landing page performance
- Identify and recommend upsell and cross\-sell opportunities to support client growth
- Analyse performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations to clients
- Communicate campaign performance, results, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider digital team to ensure paid media activity supports broader marketing objectives
- Initiate and develop projects that positively impact campaign performance and client outcomes
- Degree qualified (preferably in Marketing or a related discipline)
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads desirable)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience managing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ability to adapt to client needs and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of the relationship between PPC, SEO, and Paid Social is desirable
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem\-solving skills.
