Edinburgh Cashmere is a Scottish heritage brand. Every piece is made in a 250\-year\-old Scottish mill and from from 100% pure cashmere, Expensive designs and every order arrives in our signature gift box. We sell our exclusive iconic collections across the UK, USA and Europe.

We're looking for people with a growth mindset — people who want to build a brand rather than just run tasks, and who are keen to use AI to work faster and convert better as we scale. we're looking for someone who can come up with new initiatives to help grow the brand.

We have four roles open.

Role 1 — E\-commerce \& Digital Marketing Specialist

2–5 years' hands\-on experience required

What you'll need to have done before:

  • Paid advertising — Amazon PPC, eBay ads, Meta ads, Google ads, TikTok ads. Building, running and optimising campaigns on real budgets etc.

  • Marketplace management — opening business accounts and listing products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy and other platforms, including listing optimisation and catalogue work

  • Email marketing — campaigns, segmentation, automation flows

  • Content writing — Scottish fashion and lifestyle news articles for our website, SEO\-aware

  • International growth — experience marketing across UK, USA and Europe, with new ideas for each
Role 2 — Content Creator (Video)

Minimum 2 years' experience with luxury, fashion or iconic brands

You'll need your own camera and the ability to shoot, direct and edit independently.

What you'll do:

  • Tell our story on film — the 250\-year\-old mill, the Scottish heritage, the cashmere itself

  • Build a stronger, more premium brand image through video

  • Create Christmas gifting content around our signature gift box

  • Produce for YouTube (longer\-form brand storytelling) and Instagram (Reels, short\-form, product\-led)

  • Bring new creative ideas, not just execute a brief.

  • Have experience speaking on camera regarding luxury fashion brands and scotish herritage brands.

  • Have experience speaking on camera for social media.

  • Have fashion modelling experience and are able to create videos.
Role 3\- national and International Business Development

The role is about opening new markets, wholesale accounts with high state fashion brands, distributors and designer brands online.

  • Global Brand Manager — the closest match. Owns brand positioning and rollout across markets.

  • International Brand Manager\- Scale the brand internationally.

  • International Business Development manager— if the role is more about opening new markets, wholesale accounts, distributors and flagship stores than about image.
Role 4 \-AI growth Marketing Manager

The role is about Growing the brand internationally using AI tools, digital trends and performance marketing — increasing conversions and sales while protecting the luxury positioning of the collections.

What you'll do:

  • Create AI\-assisted campaign content: product visuals, lookbook imagery, short\-form video and copy, without losing the premium feel of the brand

  • Build viral moments around drops and limited collections — TikTok, Reels, UGC, stylist and football\-culture collaborations

  • Run paid social and search (Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest), using AI for creative testing, audience targeting and budget allocation

  • Improve conversion across the site: product pages, storytelling around cashmere quality and provenance, checkout flow

  • Use AI for personalisation and retention — Klaviyo email/SMS flows, product recommendations, VIP and repeat\-customer journeys

  • Manage seasonal demand: autumn/winter peaks for cashmere and wool, match\-day and club\-season timing for football scarves

  • Localise campaigns for international markets — UK, EU, US, Middle East, Asia — including language, sizing, pricing and cultural fit

  • Track and report CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV and conversion rate; recommend where to

  • spend next
What were looking for:
  • 3–5 years in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally fashion, luxury or premium e\-commerce

  • Hands\-on with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Firefly) and able to judge output quality

  • Strong with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads

  • Proven revenue growth or viral campaign results — with numbers

  • Understanding of luxury brand codes: exclusivity, scarcity, craftsmanship storytelling

  • Bonus: knowledge of football culture and club/fan communities.
