We’re looking for a data\-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to scale growth for Maxon’s industry\-leading 3D products. You’ll own performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display , driving measurable impact on revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC .
What you’ll do
- Own and optimise multi\-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video)
- Develop strategies to scale revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC efficiency
- Manage and allocate budgets based on performance and growth opportunities
- Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Run structured experiments (creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages)
- Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance
- 3 \+ years in Paid Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Proven track record delivering revenue and ROAS targets
- Hands\-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and/or video/display platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a test\-and\-learn mindset
- Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
- Collaborative, proactive, and results\-driven
- Experience with software or subscriptions a plus
- Fluency in English (German a strong plus)
