The Role As a Packing Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, securely, and dispatched on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking products using customer work orders.


• Packing, wrapping, and shrink-wrapping goods for dispatch.


• Checking orders and ensuring all paperwork is correct.


• Safely loading and securing products onto pallets.


• Updating and completing orders using the company's internal system.


• Printing dispatch documentation and delivery labels.


• Learning product specifications and packaging requirements.


• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards.


• Prioritising workload to meet collection and dispatch deadlines.

What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who are:

• Available to start immediately.


• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.


• Able to work independently and use their own initiative.


• Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.


• Confident using basic computer systems.


• Experienced in warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production roles (beneficial but not essential).
