Packaging Specification Co-ordinator

Join ADM Protexin and play a key role in ensuring our packaging meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and quality.

We’re looking for a detail\-driven and organised Packaging Specifications Coordinator to manage packaging data, technical documentation, and compliance activities across our product range. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in packaging, specifications, or technical administration within FMCG or manufacturing.

What you’ll do:* Maintain and update packaging specifications across all formats

• Manage technical documentation including TDS and packing sheets


• Ensure data accuracy and oversee document control processes


• Support compliance with packaging regulations, including PPWR


• Coordinate supplier documentation and recyclability data


• Assist with packaging artwork and cutter guide compliance checks


• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep systems and documentation up to date

What we’re looking for:* Experience in packaging, specifications, or technical documentation (FMCG/food/manufacturing preferred)

• Understanding of packaging materials and artwork compliance


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel


• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions\-focused mindset

Desirable:* Packaging qualification (or equivalent experience)

• Experience with specification or artwork management systems


• Awareness of packaging legislation and compliance requirements
