We are working exclusively with a successful and growing organisation who are seeking to recruit an experienced PA / Senior Administrator to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO and 2 Managing Directors.
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders, coordinating executive schedules, managing business priorities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of management team activities.
Please note, this is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
Role and Responsibilities:
- As a PA / Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management in particular diary, inbox and travel management
- Coordinate and prioritise appointments, meetings and commitments to ensure effective time management across the leadership team
- Organise UK and overseas travel arrangements, accommodation and itineraries as required
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers, presentations and supporting documentation
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes and distribute actions in a timely manner
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, refreshments and required resources
- Act as a central point of contact between senior managers and internal and external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails and requests, ensuring effective communication flow and prompt responses
- Handle confidential correspondence, sensitive information and company documentation with discretion and integrity
- Support reporting, presentations and wider business documentation
- Maintain accurate records, tracking systems and management information as required
- Provide support and cover for other administrative functions during periods of absence
- Support with personal life administration as required
- Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or PA is essential
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong diary and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting senior managers or executive-level stakeholders
- Highly proactive, flexible and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise effectively
