As a PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to Directors and Partners, helping them manage their busy schedules, client relationships, and day-to-day priorities. You will become a trusted member of the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Providing proactive diary management and administrative support to Directors and Partners
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and client documentation
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Supporting client communications and relationship management
- Helping improve processes and ensuring senior leaders can focus on delivering exceptional service
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
You may already be working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar role within professional services, finance, legal, accountancy, or another client-focused environment.
