Our subsidiary TRIOGEN is a water treatment specialist with more than 35 years of experience in ozone, UV and advanced oxidation process (AOP) technologies.
As part of the Group R\&D Department, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Ozone Manager to strengthen our technical expertise and support the development of innovative ozone treatment solutions.
Your Mission :
As Ozone Manager, you will play a critical role supporting both the sales and engineering teams by providing expert knowledge in ozone applications for water treatment.
You will contribute to the reliability and performance of customer processes while driving innovation and supporting strategic product development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities :
*Innovation \& Product Development*
- Propose and prioritize new product developments, product improvements and new ozone applications in relation with the Technical Direction.
- Contribute to technical and technological monitoring activities
- Assess market competition and benchmark competitors’ products and solutions
- Contribute to market research activities
- Understand and interpret customer needs and requirements for ozone treatment applications, both technically and commercially
- Support the sales team with application engineering, system sizing and product selection
- Provide technical expertise during tendering and bidding phases
- Prepare process deliverables such as calculation notes, technical reports and technical documentation
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits alongside sales teams
- Manage customer pilot projects including test plans, qualification procedures, costs and follow\-up
- Act as project manager for engineering team projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving our U.S. partner, Pinnacle
- Foster cross\-functional collaboration across the Group’s different technologies and departments
*Education \& Experience*
- Engineering degree, science\-based degree or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ozone water treatment applications and systems
- Experience in new product development, testing and commercialization
- Strong knowledge of water treatment technologies
- Expertise in ozone products and applications
- Project management experience
- Commercial awareness and customer\-oriented mindset
- Understanding of market accreditations and certification requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an international and cross\-functional environment
- Fluent English required
- French and/or Spanish would be a plus

- On\-site at TRIogen in Glasgow (Scotland)
- On\-site at BIO\-UV Group in Lunel (France)
- Remote/Home office, with occasional travel to company sites and customer locations
