Outside Sales Executive

What We Need: \-Outside Sales Executive Multivista in Yorkshire Basic \+ Uncapped commission OTE £70\-£120K

What We Need: We’re seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Person who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market.

What You Can Do: Manage and build an existing exclusive sales territory· Generate revenue by identifying, selling, and developing new enterprise\-level clients· Orchestrate institutional buy\-in across multiple stakeholders and roles in an organisation· Nurture an existing client base for renewals and upsell opportunities and prospect potential customers through outbound calls and drop\-in site visits· Update, maintain, qualify and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospects· Tap into our industry\-leading lead database for a constant stream of potential clients· Attend industry trade shows and events, and join community associations to form strong network connections and stay current on construction trends· Meet with private and public\-sector construction clientele at all levels, including Owners/Developers, Contractors, Construction Managers and Architects· Comfortably presenting software and services, tailoring your presentation to meet customer goals and demonstrate your ability to solve the industry’s pain points with Multivista’s full\-service software solutions· Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract.

Who You Are: You currently reside in or around the Yorkshire Area. You are a self\-motivated individual. You have 5\+ years of B2B sales experience (Preference is shown to applicants who have experience in the construction industry \- also those selling cloud\-based SaaS products to executive\-level decision\-makers or experience in AI or relevant Technology businesses )· You close complex technical deals and treat your customers exceptionally well· You consistently achieve established quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives· You have excellent time management skills and strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities· You would be comfortable presenting to clients in a boardroom, teams / zoom and also a construction / surveying / architectural environment· You enjoy collaborating with a tight\-knit support team but enjoy working independently while reporting to local or regional management. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is committed to learning all the aspects of the complex nature of the Multivista business and is also prepared to go that extra mile to develop the business.
