About Us
We are a leading professional fireworks display company, delivering spectacular shows for events across the UK. We are looking for an organised and hands\-on Outdoor Event Manager to join our team and oversee the preparation and logistics for our displays.

The Role
This is a varied, practical role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for making sure our displays are prepared accurately, packed safely, and ready to go — on time, every time. You’ll coordinate paperwork, packing lists, and crew schedules, manage hire vans, and supervise a small team. You will not be firing the displays yourself, but you will play a key role in making them happen.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and coordinate the preparation of firework displays


• Create paperwork, including risk assessments, site plans, and crew instructions


• Produce orders and detailed packing lists for each show


• Supervise a small team picking, packing, and loading fireworks


• Manage hire vans, including booking, collection, and return


• Organise and brief display crews ahead of events


• Liaise with suppliers, crew, and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly


• Keep accurate stock, vehicle, and logistics records


• Ensure all work meets strict health and safety standards

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail


• Confident leading a small team


• Able to work to tight deadlines in a fast\-paced environment


• Comfortable with practical, hands\-on work


• A full UK driving licence is essential

Job Types: Full\-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£32,000\.00 per year
