We are looking for a Outbound Coordinator to join our European Distribution Center team. In this role, you will combine hands\-on warehouse operations with team coordination responsibilities, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient outbound logistics processes. You will act as a key support to the Supervisor and step in as backup when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and loading


• Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001\) and internal procedures, with full traceability of goods


• Maintain accurate system updates (SAP/ERP) and perform inventory controls such as cycle counts


• Prepare and coordinate shipments, including emergency requests, and ensure optimal packaging and labeling


• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment


• Support the Supervisor and coordinate team workload, priorities, and performance


• Train and guide team members while acting as a role model for communication, quality, and collaboration


• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels

• Proven experience in warehouse operations combined with team coordination or leadership exposure


• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485 is a plus)


• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English


• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
