Job Description

You will join the Natixis Transformation Management Office team as an Organizational Consultant, who is responsible for leading the company’s transformation in line with the roadmap of the General Management.
Project typologies managed by the department include organizational projects and changes to operational models, initiated by the business lines in order to develop, adapt to new constraints, and increase their performance. The department also leads operational efficiency projects aimed at improving customer and employee experience, strengthening control of operational risks, optimizing productivity, and providing managers with appropriate management tools and resources.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Frame and manage the topics that will be entrusted to you as part of project management (Natixis Corporate Investment \& Banking scope);


• Make detailed analyses and report them via relevant syntheses;


• Formalize quality deliverables that meet expectations;


• Coordinate contacts and stakeholders on your assignments;


• Integrate all the levers of business transformation, including new modes of operation, innovative technological solutions as well as new project management methods.

As a Consultant, you join, for each of these projects, a team of several consultants led by a project manager.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education, you have a first successful experience as an internal consultant within a financial institution or external in a consulting firm.

You master:

• Methodologies for conducting cross\-functional or operational efficiency projects;


• The challenges and processes of the CIB’s professions


• The usual office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Curious;


• Adaptable;


• Comfortable with speaking.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
