This position reports to: Order Handling Manager.
Your role and responsibilities
Are you a structured and service-minded professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do? We are looking for an Order Handling Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring efficient order management and excellent customer experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order-to-delivery process, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely support. You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high service levels, resolving customer issues, and continuously improving ways of working.
As an Order Handling Specialist, you will:
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Coordinate closely with Logistics, Sales, and other internal teams to secure on-time deliveries and meet customer expectations.
Monitor delivery performance and support the achievement of defined service and operational targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order-related questions, and issue resolution.
Provide professional after-sales support and ensure effective communication with customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Maintain accurate customer and commercial data in SAP and other business systems, including contracts, customer master data, and payment information.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of customer support and order handling processes.
Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications for the role
To succeed in this role, you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
We believe you have:
A High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Previous experience in order handling, customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
The ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
