YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating material master records, bills of materials, and work plans
- Coordinating performance\- and production\-related data with the production department
- Handling telephone and written correspondence with customers, representatives, and suppliers
- Preparing the production schedule
- Creating work orders for production
- Ordering paints, raw materials, packaging, and supplies via SAP
- Managing the cash register
- Managing office supplies
- Monthly efficiency reports
- Answering the switchboard
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and products
- Business training
- Proficiency with standard Office applications
- Strong English skills
- Quick learner
- Team player and flexible
- Diligent, meticulous, and reliable
- Able to work independently
- Assertive
