<p>We are looking for a Production Lead to manage the end-to-end orchestration, technical delivery, and governance of addressable, personalized, and dynamic creative content across display, social, and video.</p>
<p>This role combines production operations leadership with DCO technical architecture — bridging the gap between creative, strategy, martech, media, production, QA, and client teams. The ideal candidate will own both the workflow orchestration and the technical execution of dynamic campaigns, ensuring seamless, scalable, and accurate delivery across multiple markets and platforms.</p>

</ol>

<li>Lead end-to-end orchestration of addressable and personalized content production workflows.</li>
<li>Manage campaign timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across multiple stakeholders and regions.</li>
<li>Coordinate production activities between internal creative teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ensure all assets are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with campaign requirements.</li>
<li>Drive workflow optimization and operational efficiency across content production streams.</li>
<li>Facilitate status meetings, risk assessments, and escalation management.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates on project health, timelines, and delivery risks.</li>

<li><strong> </strong><strong>DCO Technical Architecture &amp; Delivery</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end technical delivery of DCO campaigns across display, social, and video — from scoping through launch, optimization, and post-campaign review.</li>
<li>Own DCO architecture, including template builds, feed setup, creative versioning, decision trees, trafficking logic, and naming conventions.</li>
<li>Act as the primary architect for DCO decision trees, ensuring that signals and targeting IDs from DSPs/ad platforms are correctly assigned into specific creative permutations.</li>
<li>Set up and manage feeds (XML, CSV, Google Sheets, JSON) to drive DCO campaign solutions, including product feeds, third-party data feeds, and complex multiple/dependent feed setups.</li>
<li>QA, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across ad servers, DSPs, and social platforms to ensure accurate campaign delivery.</li>

<li>Support production and deployment of dynamic, localized, and personalized content assets.</li>
<li>Manage asset versioning, naming conventions, metadata, and approval tracking.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and compliance across various content formats and delivery channels.</li>
<li>Collaborate with martech and platform teams for campaign readiness and deployment support.</li>
<li>Map creative versions to signals such as Line Items, Placement IDs, Audience IDs, and DTKs within major</li>
<li>ad servers and DSPs to drive real-time creative decisioning logic.</li>

<li>Act as the primary coordination point between Creative, Account Management, Production, QA, Media, and Technology teams.</li>
<li>Partner with production, media, creative, and account teams to translate campaign requirements into robust technical solutions.</li>
<li>Translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable business language for internal teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Build strong working relationships with global and regional stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage timelines, priorities, escalations, and quality control to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.</li>

</ol>

<li>Ensure adherence to production processes, SLAs, and quality standards.</li>
<li>Identify operational risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.</li>
<li>Support governance frameworks for campaign delivery and approval processes.</li>
<li>Establish and enforce standardized naming conventions to ensure seamless data flow between Production, Activation, and Reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.</li>

</ol>

<li>Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve production scalability.</li>
<li>Contribute to automation and process enhancement initiatives.</li>
<li>Support implementation of best practices for addressable content operations.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production delivery.</li>
<li>Act as a technical lead and mentor, setting standards, sharing best practices, and supporting junior team members where needed.</li>

<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>

<li><strong> </strong><strong>Professional Experience</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>6–10 years of experience in production operations, campaign orchestration, DCO technical delivery, content management, or marketing operations.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.</li>
<li>Experience working with addressable, personalized, or dynamic content campaigns.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital campaign workflows and asset production processes.</li>
<li>Proven ability to deliver complex digital ad campaigns, leveraging people, resources, and technology.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong> </strong><strong>DCO &amp; Ad Tech Expertise</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience of programmatic CMPs and Ad Servers, including the full Google Marketing Platform stack (Studio, CM360, Google Ads).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience of Social Ad platforms including Meta Ad Manager and TikTok Ad Manager.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the role of DSPs including DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.</li>
<li>Experience setting up and managing feeds (XML, CSV, Google Sheets, JSON) to drive DCO campaign solutions.</li>
<li>Expert-level understanding of mapping creative versions to signals such as Line Items, Placement IDs, Audience IDs, and DTKs.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of all DCO/Addressable strategies: Audience, Contextual, Geo, Retargeting, and Search.</li>
<li>Full knowledge of IAB digital advertising standards.</li>
<li>Experience with trafficking, decisioning, optimization, and reporting.</li>

<li>Advanced HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3</li>
<li>Responsive and adaptive creative development</li>

<li>Strong working knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, and dynamic feed management</li>
<li>Advanced Git workflows and version control</li>
