We seek an Oracle Development Tech Manager / Subject Matter Expert who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to leading a global initiative focused on Agentic Application Modernization and Replatforming, helping our business partners evolve their legacy applications and previous Oracle DB releases into the latest Oracle PaaS, OCI, and modern Software Development Architectures.
What will help you succeed:
- Expertise in Oracle Core \& Cloud Architecture: Extensive background as a Technical Architect or DBA, with deep knowledge of OCI, Exadata CS, Autonomous Database, and latest releases (23ai/26ai).
- Legacy Modernization \& Replatforming: Proven experience transforming legacy environments (Oracle Forms, Reports, PL\-SQL, Java, .Net) into modern frameworks like APEX or VB, using GoldenGate and ODI.
- GenAI \& Agentic SDLC Frameworks: Solid understanding of Generative AI Agentic models to refine automation processes, tune AI outcomes, and manage human\-in\-the\-loop AI Pod models.
- Technical Leadership \& Mentorship: Ability to lead technical teams, guide career paths, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing aligned with AI best practices.
- Global Presales \& Solution Design: Active participation in global proposals, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), translating business needs into high\-quality technical architectures.
- Cloud, Integration \& DevOps Foundations: Comprehensive grasp of CloudOps, CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform), API protocols (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML), and multi\-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Continuous Learning \& Toolkit: Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java, Python, or JavaScript, backed by active and relevant Oracle Cloud or AI certifications.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse technical departments in a fast\-paced environment .
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish
