Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft Experts

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join strategic HR technology and digital transformation projects involving Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

• Business Analyst


• Project Manager


• Software Tester


• Technical Package Specialist

General Responsibilities
----------------------------

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Contributing to the implementation, migration, enhancement and support of Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft solutions;


• Gathering and analysing business and technical requirements;


• Coordinating project activities, stakeholders, timelines, risks and deliverables;


• Preparing and executing functional, integration, regression and user acceptance testing;


• Configuring, maintaining and supporting HR applications and related technical components;


• Working closely with business users, technical teams and project stakeholders;


• Preparing functional and technical documentation, reports and project updates;


• Supporting issue analysis, troubleshooting and continuous process improvement;


• Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project activities.

Required Qualifications
---------------------------

• Proven professional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or PeopleSoft, depending on the position;


• Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Tester or Technical Package Specialist;


• Good understanding of HR systems, business processes and enterprise application environments;


• Strong analytical, organisational and problem\-solving skills;


• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;


• Proficiency in English

Nice to Have
----------------

• Knowledge of French is considered a strong asset.

EXTRA INFORMATION
---------------------

• Luxembourg


• Hybrid working model with 3 mandatory days per week at the client’s office


• Candidates living far from the work location must be willing to relocate to Luxembourg or the surrounding area, unless they can commute regularly.

• Non\-EU Citizens already based in the EU with a valid work permit
