Duties

Book patients via the pcse portal

• Provide expert advice on eyewear options, lens types, coatings, and accessories tailored to individual preferences and prescriptions


• communicate effectively with families over the phone the patien’s needs (domiciliary practice)


• Support the optical laboratory team by preparing lenses, verifying prescriptions, and ensuring quality standards are met


• Educate customers on proper lens care, frame maintenance, and eye health practices to foster long\-term relationships

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key


• Laboratory experience or familiarity with optical equipment is highly desirable


• strong sales skills


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also providing independent customer support


• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in a fast\-paced setting
