About the Role:

We are looking for a full\-time Optical Advisor to join us in delivering outstanding patient care in our Tetbury practice.

Your Role Includes:

• Welcoming patients and scheduling appointments


• Conducting pre\-screening eye tests and helping new contact lens wearers


• Assisting with frame styling and performing minor repairs and adjustments


• Managing practice admin including invoicing, NHS payments, and balancing the till


• Maintaining a high standard of practice cleanliness and merchandising displays


• Delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring patients feel valued and cared for

Requirements:

• Customer service experience with a professional and friendly approach


• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients


• Teamwork – Collaborate well and provide support to colleagues


• Attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy practice


• GCSEs Grade C (5\) or above; this is preferred but not essential


• Flexibility – Willingness to adapt to changing needs and assist across multiple practices
