A leading tour operator known for exceptional travel experiences is looking for additional staff to enhance our dynamic team. We're searching for someone who is highly motivated, customer\-focused, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and exciting work environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Proven experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a tour operations or customer service role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
A strong customer\-focused approach, always striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant travel software and booking systems .
Fluency in English and, given our Florence location, proficiency in Italian is a significant advantage. Additional languages are a plus!
A proactive and problem\-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to unexpected situations.
Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
