What You'll Do

  • Perform manufacturing tasks with detailed execution and strict adherence to safety protocols

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high\-quality products

  • Perform simple maintenance and Report malfunctioning equipment immediately to Supervisor or Lead.

  • Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to determine production schedules and ensure on\-time delivery

  • Successfully implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity

  • Compete in a fast\-paced environment to meet production targets and quality standards
Work cooperatively and efficiently with coworkers in all departments with little supervision to achieve team, department and company goals
  • What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

  • Understanding of contamination prevention and cleanliness

  • Teamwork and effective communication

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment

  • Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

  • Must be able to comprehend and follow both written and/or verbal English communications

  • Other desired qualities include:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Willing to learn new processes

  • Adaptable and flexible
