Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent background in aerospace engineering, software engineering, computer science, systems engineering or a related field.

  • Familiarity with spacecraft operations procedures or flight operations concepts.

  • Experience with ProToS, MOIS and similar tools

  • Knowledge of Mission Control Systems, ideally SCOS\-2000\.

  • Understanding of software deployment, configuration and maintenance.

  • Familiarity with software lifecycle concepts, version control and issue tracking.

  • Programming skills, preferably Python.

  • Understanding of XML or willingness to work with structured data formats.

  • Good written and spoken English
Responsibilities
  • Support the installation, configuration and maintenance of ProToS.

  • Support updates, new versions and changes to operational configurations.

  • Assist users during procedure preparation, import, editing and validation.

  • Support the setup of ProToS for new missions or mission phases.

  • Help convert existing flight operations procedures into ProToS format.

  • Maintain user accounts, configuration records and support documentation.

  • Track and follow up tool issues, change requests and user feedback.

  • Support testing and validation of new configurations or updates.

  • Support basic user onboarding and training material.

  • Help users apply ProToS capabilities for procedure handling, automation and interaction
with ground segment systems.
