What you can expect

Are you the Operational Support Employee who will support the operation by solving user issues in the logistics systems within our warehouse in Tilburg? Do you get a kick out of contributing to a smoothly running operation? Then we are looking for you!
THE ROLE
As an Operational Support Employee, you support the daily operation, with a strong focus on solving user issues and training employees within the logistics systems. The role is carried out in such a way that the organization is always able to achieve—and exceed—the defined KPIs (internal and external).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Act as the first point of contact for all operational system users
- Prioritize questions/issues and handle them in the correct order
- Analyze problems/process issues and identify opportunities for structural improvement
- Contribute ideas and actively participate in maintaining the warehouse
- Resolve user errors and data/quality issues
- Keep systems up to date (data)
- Maintain, create, and control customer data
- Test process changes before they go live
- Train users on new and existing processes
- Perform general tasks within the department (support for engineers, process improvers, customer service, and warehouse)
- Correctly follow ISO standards (9001 \& 13485\)

WHO ARE YOU?
- MBO level 4 (equivalent education and working level)
- Knowledge of logistics processes and systems
- Experience in logistics processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, computer hardware, software, and data communication
