Location: Manchester
Salary: £29,000 \- £32,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday , various shifts between 7 am to 6 pm
Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for a proactive, hands\-on Operations Supervisor to help run our day\-to\-day service centre operation. You’ll manage resources, support your team, and make sure deliveries run smoothly and on time in line with customer SLAs.

What you’ll do:
- Manage day\-to\-day operations within the service centre
- Support and lead a team of Controllers/Coordinators
- Allocate and manage courier resources to meet demand
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Handle and resolve customer, courier, and internal queries
- Communicate effectively with teams across the business
- Support team development through coaching and regular check\-ins
- Ensure Health \& Safety and company processes are followed
- Experience in an operations or logistics environment
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a problem\-solving approach
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, changing environment
- Good IT skills and experience using operational systems
- Positive, reliable and accountable mindset
