Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by driving operational excellence across the Order to Cash processes throughout the EMEA region. In this role, you'll maintain critical systems, ensure accurate order flows, and serve as a trusted partner in resolving operational challenges whilst collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and meaningful insights for decision\-making.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Help drive operational excellence by maintaining key systems and supporting smooth daily operations across the Order to Cash processes.


• Ensure accurate order flows and data quality across the EMEA region whilst resolving master data and system interface issues.


• Manage condition contracts for AEB customers, distributors and centralised operations.


• Act as a trusted partner for operational problem\-solving by investigating system or process defects and coordinating timely resolutions.


• Translate business needs into practical SAP solutions and document processes to support effective team collaboration.


• Deliver meaningful insights that support better decision\-making around supply, order management, disputes, and operational performance.


• Support EDI\-related operational activities and resolve message queries to maintain smooth processing for European customer accounts.


• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Legal and external partners to deliver meaningful reporting and insights for decision\-making.

• 4\-5 years of experience in operations or systems support roles, ideally within wholesale, FMCG, sports, or fast\-moving environments.


• Proficiency in SAP and web\-based reporting platforms.


• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Proactive problem\-solving abilities with a solution\-oriented mindset.


• Excellent cross\-functional collaboration and communication skills.
