Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.” <a href="https://www.coinbase.com/careers">learn more about working at Coinbase</a>.</p></div><p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap">As a CBIE Operations Senior Associate on the International EMEA Ops team within the <a href="https://www.coinbase.com/careers/product-groups" target="_blank">Consumer & Business</a> group, you'll help scale the operations function for Coinbase Ireland Limited across the EEA. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll drive day-to-day business operations, regulatory reporting, outsourcing oversight, and cross-functional initiatives that directly support regional growth and regulatory compliance.</p>
<p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own daily business operations for CBIE across all lines of business, managing consistent performance against targets and surfacing risks or gaps to leadership.</li>
<li>Drive improvements to operational and regulatory reporting by streamlining data sets, building dashboards, and producing actionable insights using SQL, Snowflake, and Looker.</li>
<li>Develop and execute local operational and outsourcing processes, procedures, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements, including day-to-day management of the outsourcing risk management framework.</li>
<li>Partner with functional owners, central teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with the outsourcing framework and effective management of third-party risk.</li>
<li>Lead discrete cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects spanning operations, growth, strategy, and regulatory priorities.</li>
<li>Support regulatory and product operations activities for CBIE, including preparation of materials for internal and external regulatory meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in financial services, management consulting, operations strategy, or data analysis, with demonstrated ability to operate in a regulated environment.</li>
<li>Proven track record building or improving operational processes end-to-end, from design through implementation and ongoing measurement.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Looker (or comparable BI tools) with demonstrated ability to self-serve insights, interrogate data, and produce dashboards independently.</li>
<li>Direct experience with outsourcing governance and/or third-party risk management in a regulated financial services setting, including maintaining documentation, controls, SLAs, and governance records.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured workplans and execute against them with minimal oversight.</li>
<li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li>
